Lisa Bornstein

Lisa Bornstein led the research in South Africa.

Lisa Bornstein moved from the School of Development Studies (SODS) in Durban to McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where she is a faculty member in the School of Urban Planning. She remains research associate of SODS at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Lisa's research and teaching interests address the politics of planning and development, with work concentrating in Mozambique, South Africa, Brazil, and the United States. She has considerable development experience as a consultant to NGOs and to bilateral and multilateral agencies.
