Martin Kaleeba

Martin Kaleeba is the Regional Director of UPHOLD Uganda, in charge of the Eastern Region. UPHOLD is a five year USAID funded programme, that builds the capacities of NGOs and twenty districts in Uganda to better deliver social services in the areas of education, HIV/AIDS and health.

His key responsibility is to provide technical and management support to staff in the UPHOLD eastern region to be able to support the districts and NGOs in the region. UPHOLD also provides financial support to the districts and the NGOs to implement the activities in the above mentioned three focus areas.

Martin is the author or, or contributed to the following papers from the research:
