Sarah Crowther
Sarah Crowther is an ethnographer and used these skills during phases 1 and 2 of this research. Her PhD research is focused on participation and creating local organisations. She also has direct experience of working in the NGO sector and has a good understanding of the issues facing NGOs in their daily activities and decision making. She works at CDS, Swansea. She will feed into the early stages of the research to ensure that lessons learned from the earlier phases are well understood, and she will also contribute to work on the literature review and developing frameworks for analysis, using her past experience.
